Zach is outstanding! He's always very thorough & always listens to each concern you have. It's also convenient that they have a lab on site & the phlebotomist is super nice as well!

Excellent office. It is very clean, all of the staff is extremely friendly and it's never super crowded inside. I've never had to wait for more than 20 minutes to be seen. Dr. Kaleta is very kind and caring. I recommend this office to everyone I know!

Since we arrived here in Maryland our address in Middletown. Where we lived is walking distance to the clinic. Our family doctor was Dr Bae, who is now retired. My family has been going to this clinic and never experienced any rudeness from the staff. They always seemed very pleasant to talk to and answers any question I had. When Dr Baer retired, I met the nurse assistant to Dr Kaleta, and again she was pleasant and helpful. Met with Dr Kaleta, and she seems that she does care for her patients, will asked how are feeling, etc... Dr Kaleta is my family doctor, she is upfront with me about my health and what I needed to do. For every Doctor in The medical field, they do their very best to service their patients. Dr Kaleta does her job well. Been with this clinic for a long time. I know a good doctor when I see one, and Dr Kaleta is one of them.

My wife and I have been patients at this practice for about a year. It’s very convenient to have the lab on site. I have never had a negative experience here. Everyone has been very kind, has listened to issues and worked towards solutions of well being.

Dr. Farrish is awesome. I recently relocated to northern MD. Finding a new doctor is always the WORST part of any move. Dr. Farrish is very attentive and does a great job addressing all of my concerns. I'm so happy to have found a great doctor close to my new home.

I could not rave more about this practice, each provider really takes the time to sit down and talk with you over your care plan. My children, husband, parents, and myself are all patients here. Front desk staff are polite, the nurses are sweet and actually remember their regular patients. I also find it convenient that they have labs on site and can do EKG's in office. I have found that the return call's on the lab results are timely and I actually did have an abnormal lab come back and I was called within the day. The doctors are awesome but I also really like being able to see the NP's they have as well, the convenience of a same/next day appointment is SO NICE. I was never able to see my old PCP for a sick visit and was always ushered to an urgent care. At least here they have sick appointments in the evening and Saturdays.

Very fortunate to see Zach. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, attentive and patient. I trust him and can always count on his expertise. He's probably the best physician I've ever had. Also, as someone who despises having labs done, I can personally and honestly say that Tracy has cured my anxiety. Not only does she know what she's doing, she's great at what she does. Thank you both for being so amazing and putting up with me : )

I have had a good experience every time I have gone to the office, used their lab or made a call there. The front office is so friendly. I have seen three doctors there and they have been fantastic (Dr. Farissh, Dr. Amy and Dr. Zach). I liked Dr Farrish so much, my toddler now sees them as well. The women in the lab was so easy to talk to and made me comfortable while taking my blood, which is usually very stressful for me. It has small town vibes which I love and I have never had to wait long in the waiting room.

Our family typically sees Dr Farrish (Shes incredible) but we have also seen Dr Hohl and another NP (can’t remember her name). All have been very nice, professional and attentive to our family needs. The staff up front have been very nice and our boys look forward to seeing them on the way out for a treasure out of the treasure box! Scheduling has been fairly easy and they try to get us in when something comes up as they can. Overall, highly recommend this practice.

I switched over to MVFM after a horrible experience with my previous pediatrician after my baby was born. I made the switch when my son was around 3 months old and he is now 18 months. For beginners the front desk staff is always super polite and friendly. They always have positive attitudes and comments for my son when we come in. We see Dr. Farrish and I cannot rave about her enough. You can tell she really loves her job and the kids. She always gets down on the same level as my son and makes sure he’s comfortable and happy. She always has very positive and supportive feedback and advice. She listens to concerns that I have and she leaves a safe space for me to advocate for my son. I leave the office feeling like we’re well taken care of and looked out for.
